Rotary Unions for Workholding Applications
FENZO hydraulic rotary joints are designed for hydraulic workholding actuation on CNC machines with operating pressure ranging from 1MPa to 25MPa. Our rotary joints are available in four options with 2 to 8 circuits, and each circuit can be utilized individually.
Features
- Hydraulic rotary joints are an efficient solution to provide hydraulic pressure to rotary table of machining center where it is difficult to utilize secured hydraulic hoses or fixed pipes.
- Single rotary with flange type features a compact structure that has a flange-shaped mounting section, thus decreasing the total height. This type of rotary joints is available in four options with 2 to 8 circuits, and each circuit can be utilized individually.
- Double rotary type utilizes two rotaries on same axis to further lower the total height. Two options of 12 circuits and 16 circuits are available, and each circuit can be utilized individually. The two rotaries rotate independently, and a joint pin can be used to achieve synchronization.
- HWRB rotary joints are primarily used for low pressure applications, the main body of which is made from aluminum for light weight purpose. The rotary shaft has a through bore that allows for coolant piping.
- Hydraulic rotary joints are featured by long service life, compact structure and low rotary torque, and a center through port is designed for high volume coolant supplying.
