Hydraulic Control Valves
These hydraulic control valves are mainly used in hydraulic workholding devices to support and clamp a wide variety of workpieces for CNC machining. The operating pressure ranges from 1MPa to 35MPa.
Features
- Sequence valves are a type of one-way valves that operate based on pressure changes. When the pressure of hydraulic circuit reaches a certain value, the sequence valve opens to allow the flow of hydraulic oil.
- Sequence valves are used to operate multiple cylinders in sequence, thereby reducing the number of oil supply ports.
- The workpiece clamp and work support on one circuit can be used in sequence.
- Flow control valves are a speed control valve that can be directly attached to hydraulic cylinders.
- The time sequence valve is especially suited for clamping fixtures requiring hydraulic circuit that needs to be controlled in order, and with limited space for installation of clamping elements.
